WisGrowth Terms of Service

Terms for using WisGrowth

These Terms govern your access to WisGrowth, including Career Decision, resume, report, account, payment, feedback and support services. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

Last updated: August 23, 2026

1. Accepting these Terms

By accessing or using WisGrowth, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use WisGrowth for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that organisation.

2. Service provider

WisGrowth is a product of Aminik Solutions LLP, an Indian limited liability partnership with LLP identification number AAW-5036 and GST registration number 07ABUFA7954N1ZG. In these Terms, “WisGrowth”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Aminik Solutions LLP.

3. Eligibility and younger users

You must be at least 13 years old to use WisGrowth. If you are under the age at which you can enter a binding agreement where you live, you may use the service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. That adult is responsible for reviewing these Terms with you and for your use of the service. Do not use WisGrowth if local law does not permit your use.

WisGrowth does not claim to operate an automated age-verification or parental-consent system. A school, university, employer or other institution does not automatically receive an individual user’s answers, resume or reports merely because the service relates to education or work.

4. What WisGrowth provides

WisGrowth provides Career Decision Intelligence: structured decision support that helps users examine a career question using the information they provide, available evidence, realistic alternatives, constraints, uncertainty and practical tests. The service may include a free Career Decision Snapshot, a paid Career Decision Report, Resume Story Check, Resume Proof, saved activity and optional human review or support.

Some functions use AI-assisted processing. AI is part of how certain results may be generated or supported; it is not a promise that a result is complete, current or correct. Features, names, availability and included content may change as the service develops.

5. Decision-support limits

WisGrowth provides information and decision support, not professional counselling, recruitment, placement, legal, financial, medical, immigration or admissions advice. Results depend on the information and evidence available at the time and may contain omissions, uncertainty or errors.

WisGrowth does not guarantee a job, interview, shortlist, salary, admission, qualification, promotion, career fit or other outcome. You remain responsible for checking important facts, considering your circumstances, obtaining qualified advice where appropriate and making your own decisions. Do not rely on WisGrowth as the sole basis for a high-stakes decision.

6. Accounts and credentials

You must provide accurate information, keep it reasonably current, protect your login credentials and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account except where applicable law provides otherwise.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or its users, investigate suspected misuse, address a payment or security issue, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Use WisGrowth unlawfully, fraudulently or to harm another person.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority or identity.
  • Upload malware, unlawful material, or content you do not have the right to use.
  • Attempt to bypass access, payment, rate, security or technical controls.
  • Interfere with the service or use automated means to scrape, extract or overload it without written permission.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to obtain non-public source code, models, prompts or system logic except where the restriction is prohibited by law.
  • Use outputs to make unlawful discriminatory decisions or present them as guaranteed professional advice.

8. Your inputs, resumes and proof materials

You keep ownership of content you submit, including answers, text, resumes, CVs, job descriptions and proof materials. You grant WisGrowth a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, copy, process, adapt and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support and improve the service, provide the result you request, and comply with law. This licence lasts only as long as needed for those purposes, subject to the retention practices in the Privacy Policy.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content and that processing it as described here will not violate another person’s rights. Do not upload confidential or personal information belonging to someone else unless you are authorised to do so.

Submitting content does not give WisGrowth permission to publish your identity, resume, individual report, private proof material or testimonial for marketing. Any public attributed use requires separate permission.

9. Feedback, research and optional rewards

Participation in feedback, surveys, usability research or interviews is voluntary. You may give us permission to use feedback to evaluate and improve WisGrowth. We may use anonymous or aggregate insights that do not identify you. We will seek separate permission before publicly attributing a testimonial or identifiable feedback to you.

WisGrowth may offer optional, non-transferable benefits such as report access, feature unlocks or early access for participation. Eligibility, availability and duration may be limited, and a benefit may be withheld or revoked for abuse. Rewards are for participation, not for positive feedback or endorsement.

10. Prices and payments

Paid products currently presented on the Pricing page are one-time purchases rather than subscriptions. The applicable product, price, currency and included access are shown before purchase. Prices and available products may vary by location and may change for future purchases.

Razorpay handles payment details during checkout. WisGrowth receives transaction, order, status and fulfilment information needed to verify payment and provide access. If a payment succeeds but access is not delivered, or you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us with the relevant transaction details. Any cancellation, refund or statutory remedy is subject to the terms shown for the purchase and applicable law; these Terms do not reduce rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Third-party services and information

WisGrowth may use third-party providers or link to external websites, job listings, learning resources, labour-market information and other sources. Third parties have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control or endorse every external item and are not responsible for its availability, accuracy, content or practices. Verify external information before relying on it.

12. Privacy and account deletion

The Privacy Policy explains what information WisGrowth processes, why it is used, when service providers receive it, retention practices, security measures and how to make an access, correction or deletion request.

Account and data-deletion requests are made through the Contact page and may require identity verification. Deletion is not currently offered as an automatic profile-settings action. Some privacy-operation records, anonymised transaction records, email-suppression records and anonymous aggregate patterns may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. WisGrowth intellectual property

WisGrowth and its licensors retain rights in the service and its non-user content, including software, interfaces, designs, reports, methods, text, graphics, branding and trademarks. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of WisGrowth intellectual property to you.

You may use a report produced for you for your personal decision-making and application preparation. You may not resell it, remove ownership notices, copy substantial parts of the service, or use WisGrowth materials to build or train a competing product without written permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.

14. Availability and changes

We work to keep WisGrowth available, but the service may be interrupted, delayed, changed or discontinued. We may correct results, repair errors, change providers, impose reasonable usage limits, or modify features. Where practical, we will avoid unnecessarily disrupting access to a completed paid report, but continuous availability is not guaranteed.

15. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WisGrowth is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the service or any output will always be available, secure, error-free, complete, accurate or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WisGrowth and Aminik Solutions LLP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, opportunities, data or goodwill, arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from fraud or wilful misconduct where applicable.

17. Suspension, termination and survival

You may stop using WisGrowth at any time and may request account deletion as described above. We may suspend or terminate access for a material or repeated breach of these Terms, unlawful or abusive conduct, security risk, non-payment, or where required by law. Where reasonable, we may provide notice or an opportunity to correct the issue.

Provisions that by their nature should continue including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, dispute terms and permissions needed for lawful retained records survive termination.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. The latest version and updated date will be published here. We may provide additional notice for a material change. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to rights or forums that cannot legally be excluded, disputes arising from these Terms or WisGrowth are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

20. General terms

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a reorganisation, financing, merger, acquisition or transfer of the service. These Terms and the policies they expressly incorporate form the agreement governing your use of WisGrowth.

21. Contact

Use the Contact page for questions about these Terms, a purchase, your account or the service. You can also review the Trust Center and Privacy Policy.
